From Cityroos Scouting to AUSFS
AUSFS began life in 2011 as Cityroos Scouting, and was formally established as Australian Football Services in 2016. Since then we’ve grown into a Sydney-based football services organisation providing career consulting and organising international and domestic tournaments for Australian players.
Through our All Stars Scouting program, we’ve taken players from Sydney trials to training camps and tournaments across Europe — including the Algarve Elite Cup in Portugal and camps in Spain — giving them the chance to compete against professional academy sides and be seen on the international stage.
A Complete Football Pathway
Scouting & All Stars Teams
We identify talented players nationwide and bring them together in representative All Stars squads across age groups, for both boys and girls.
International Tournaments
We organise training camps and tournament experience in Europe, including the Algarve Elite Cup in Portugal and camps in Spain, against professional academy opposition.
Career Consulting
We guide players and families through the football pathway — club placement, domestic tournaments, and the next step in a player’s development.
Players We’ve Backed
A few of the AUSFS All Stars alumni continuing their journey in the game.
Represented AUSFS U16 & U19 All Stars at our Spain training camp and tournament program, then selected for the CommBank Junior Matildas and the Australia U17 National Team — competing at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup and AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup.
Represented our U15 All Stars at the Algarve Elite Cup in Portugal, facing SC Braga and FC Nordsjælland, before training with FK Sarajevo in Bosnia. Now with Blacktown City FC, he became a 2026 NSW NPL1 U18 League Champion.
Part of our first U19 Sydney All Stars Scouting team in 2023, playing friendlies in Portugal against Sporting Clube Farense and Portimonense SAD, and facing Liverpool, PSV and Braga at the Algarve Elite Cup. Now progressing through the NPL system toward the A-Leagues.
Represented our U15 All Stars at just 13 years old at the Algarve Cup in Portugal, gaining valuable experience against professional European academy teams — and was selected for the Australian U17 National Team training camp.
Coaching With International Experience
Our All Stars squads have been supported by licensed coaches with professional club experience, including time in the Portuguese 1st and 2nd divisions and with Portimonense U23 — bringing a European standard of coaching to our training camps and tournaments.
AUSFS is a close-knit team based in Sydney, working directly with players and families throughout the scouting, tournament and pathway process — not a call centre, a name you’ll actually know.
