Scouting & Pathway Development
We identify promising players and build a structured pathway for both players and coaches, into the AUSFS All Stars program and beyond. Our scouting team actively monitors talent across Australia and welcomes players to put themselves forward.
Ahead of our professional camp and international tournament experience in Portugal this November, we’re scouting players born in 2007–2011 nationwide. Send a highlight video, football CV, current club and position via WhatsApp to be considered.

AUSFS All Stars Teams
Competitive squads for both men and women, organised by age group from U16 through U23.
Tournaments
AUSFS players compete at national and international level, including tournaments such as the Algarve Cup circuit in Portugal.
Sports Education
We connect players with sports schools, colleges and universities — so football opens doors academically, not just athletically.
Training Camps
Focused skill-development camps run by AUSFS coaching staff, building the technical foundation players carry into competition.
Sports Events
Football tournaments and community sporting activities held across Australia, open to the wider AUSFS community.
Coach Education & Development
AUSFS is building a coach development pathway to support the people guiding our players — from grassroots fundamentals through to high-performance environments. Our approach is centred on player-first coaching, age-appropriate development, and mentorship from experienced coaches within the AUSFS network.
Player-First Principles
Coaching grounded in age-appropriate technique, enjoyment, and long-term player development, not short-term results.
Structured Pathways
A clear progression for coaches working with players from grassroots through to competitive AUSFS squads.
Mentorship & Support
Guidance from experienced AUSFS coaches as our formal accreditation pathway is developed.
Our formal coach education program is currently in development — get in touch to register your interest.
